This cleaners gave my husbands custom made suit jacket to the wrong customer and listed this wrong customer under the wrong customer account so they don’t have a clue as to how to locate it!!! I’m livid!! Currently looking for ways to settle this legally!!!! I’d get a ticket when dropping off and then not sure I’d do business here again!!!
