Once again first time there we sat down nobody came to the table then we realize we had to go order at the counter had sweet tea to drink tasted funny had pulled pork that was cold ribs were under cooked because the meat was not falling off the bone was not impressed

Dare to read:this was our first visit, no service , we had to order at the register as most of the help stood around.We ordered two sandwiches which both came out cold,returned them only to have the next two come room temp with no coleslaw, disappointed, we ate them. The two girls working behind the counter were both eating food in front of us while chatting it up, very very unprofessional. The camera they have there pointed at the patrons should be pointed at the help! One bad experience is enough to make me never ever want... read more

i recently moved to fairfield, and have taken out food fro here three times. The first two were heavenly; great meat, smoky taste, fantastic sides. Yesterday, however, was a disaster; six slices of disgusting fat interlaced with brown, two cylindrical tires that were supposed to be sausages. no ribs. no ribs?!?!?! sides were still good, but the brisket was inedible. i've never seen anything of this poor quality sold to humans - and for the same Wilson's outrageous price. Stay away if you're smart or hungry .

Really authentic BBQ and sides, especially the collard greens and black eyed peas. Pleasant service and welcoming staff.

The ribs and brisket melted in you mouth. All of the sauces had a great flavor to them. Would stop again when in that area because it was well worth it. It was nice to see the owner talking to all the customers. Great Place
