Had my car towed to Wilson's automotive 9-12-17. No word from them since the drop off, so I went by the shop on 10-10-17 was told they were working on my car off and on and would call me when it was repaired. No word since, so I called 10-31-17 and was told the starter was replaced they but could not get the car running & I needed to take it to another automotive repair shop.I told them my old starter was still under warranty. Took forever to get my truck fixed and they installed a used part without even asking saying they saved me money then the truck broke down 3 times on me had to pay for an additional towing fee to bring it back to them then they ordered the right part like the way it should of been done the first time, I went about 2 weeks without a truck and costed about $1500 total expenses tow truck and installing a fuel module twice and a fuel pump I don't recommend this place to anyone seems like they like to take advantage of people and... read more

We have sent our vehicles to Wilson's for many years. Always fast and courteous service. Vehicles are always in and out in a timely manner and quotes are generally very close to actual costs. Wouldn't trust anyone else with out vehicles!

I received an estimate for specific work that needed to be done on my truck. I was quoted $230. I made an appointment on my only day off to have the work done. I was there at 8 am. After sitting and waiting over 2 hours (thinking that the work was being done on my truck) one of the mechanics came in to tell me that they had gone over my truck and that, in addition to the work I had requested, I would need a new air filter (the one I had was brand new, having just been changed), a new fuel filter (also brand new) and a new ai... read more

Always fair, always honest and fair rates to make repairs. They have literally repaired little things for us without charging when I can be sure it took more than just a couple of minutes. Would trust these guys with our vehicle needs always. No, no one in my family works for them and no, I do have any connection to this establishment beyond being a customer exists, so this praise is true and real. Kudos to their good work!
