Got my 1st kitten this past summer. Wilson's was very helpful with her check-up, vaccines, spay and the questions and worries that followed.
Have been going to Wilson’s for over 10 years for all 6 of my pets. (3 Bengal cats & 3 large dogs) Everyone we have met are incredibly friendly from the vets, to the techs and reception staff and they were all very comforting when we had to say goodbye to our kitty. Everytime I am there, all I hear is constant baby talking and ooooos and aweesssss coming from the back from everyone making a big fuss about our fur babies and making them feel special.
I just recently came in contact with someone for five minutes who have an indoor cat, that suspected having fleas in the home. As I was driving home, sure enough a flea was on my hand. I called the office and then went to pickup 3 doses of NexGuard chewables for my dog. We live in a new-building apartment building. Although they are dog friendly, I don't want to be that problematic tenant, and the office staff were very supportive, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Put my fur baby through hell. Came to check a loose tooth, they had him terrorized. So bad he bit down on his cage and tooth came out.
