Great team at Wilson’s. Well maintained building and Plenty of parking. I don’t shop around for vets so can’t compare costs. But always seems reasonable when I pay.
Dr Maisy is amazing. She always listens to what we need and doesn't try to push any additional treatments or vaccines.
Had an emergency situation with my Dog and they were kind enough to accommodate him. Excellent bed side manners, my pet was very comfortable in their hands. The Vet took the time to explain the medication, usage, the possible side effects.
Staff always head over heels for your pet, lots of love and treats. scheduling isn't difficult when planning in advance. Vets are knowledgeable and make sure pet parents are well informed to make an educated decision.
I don’t know what happened to the usual girls up front at Wilson’s but I keep getting a new girl and every time I call she has been very unpleasant. She coughs in to the phone for almost the entire duration of our conversation. She is very dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I have never had any complaints with Wilson’s in all the years I have been taking my pets there but I might have to start looking in to other animal hospitals if I keep getting attitude every time I call to ask a question.
