The build went very smoothly. There were a couple of hiccups at the end, but that was primarily due to my time pressures and the supervisor was on annual leave (as he was entitled to be!). The key to a good build experience is the people employed by the builder. Fortunately for Anthony he has employed good people. My only gripe is that a couple of trades lacked attention to detail. No one else would probably notice, but living with certain things every day can be annoying. It costs nothing to pay attention to detail. However... read more

We have engaged W&H to build 2 units for us as part of a subdivision project. We could not be happier with the outcome and the building process. The quality of the build and workmanship is outstanding. W&H were also great at keeping us informed during all stages of the build. Any issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. And very importantly the final cost was very close to the cost estimate.

The process of building our house with W&H was excellent, any little issue that pop up it was solve quickly and make the process run smooth and easy. We choose them because we always felt since the beginning that they were wanting to help and wanting to build the home we wanted. Our house was build on TIME and on BUDGET.
