After being bounced around on the phone like a bad game of customer service ping-pong, we finally landed at Wilsonart and got connected with Sierra —thank goodness! She was a breath of fresh air. Super helpful, kind, and actually knew what she was talking about. Not only did she answer all our questions, but she also gave us a solid recommendation for a local contractor for our countertop project. Sierra turned our wild goose chase into a smooth path forward. She definitely deserves a raise !
Ryan (hardware) the local sales rep is terrible at his job, we have tried several times to use this company for hardware, faced with no reply, or weeks to get a quote if he even sends one after being ask multiple times. When this company was Alpine they had much better management and we never had issues with poor performance. Most of the time you can’t get anyone on the phone at local branch.
Delivered countertops to me and upon installation found out the miter channels for the miter bolts were machined incorrectly and all they suggested was to FOR ME to fill in with car epoxy and re-channel it so the bolts can work??? Seriously??!! Told me that they don’t inspect their products for errors and they don’t provide refunds….again SERIOUSLY?! I run a small cabinet shop/woodworking business here in Asheville and I’ve been buying cabinet hardware from this place for years.
