I’ve been to Wilsonart in the past and it’s always been like very uncommunicative, but today a gentleman named Sonny helped me out and took the time to explain to me various material types and was very helpful !! Worst experience I have ever had. The staff is so rude specially the shipping one. They treat their customers like trash, you don’t even like to visit such place next time.
Most confusing and by far worst service I have experienced as a delivery driver. Had to ring their service bell multiple times to get no response and the people inside the office continued to ignore me. Between the rude actions of the office workers who couldn’t take two seconds to respond to me and the lack of service this place is by far the worst warehouse I have ever experienced. The only thing that saved them is atleast their products are on time. Thanks for making me lose 20 minutes of my life
