Rude person in the office .. will never do business because of customer service .. The guy doesn’t value the time and is very arogent.
I’ve been to Wilsonart in the past and it’s always been like very uncommunicative, but today a gentleman named Sonny helped me out and took the time to explain to me various material types and was very helpful !! Worst experience I have ever had. The staff is so rude specially the shipping one. They treat their customers like trash, you don’t even like to visit such place next time.
