Been trying to place an order since tuesday. Bobby or Ruby don't really know what's her name, but she is giving me really hard time to process the payment for that order, everytime that I call she hung up the phone on me or make smart comments. I spoke with Ivan (the manager) he is not helping at all, When I tried to put a complaint on her, he just gives me the go around and don't get back to me.
The skinny lady at the front row desk is mean and arrogant. Very impatient when inquiry about a product. Thanks for your “warm”customer service. Rugby is 10 times better service than yours, ma’am.

They are very good at what they do ... Very large array of materials and great online service ... Shipping and local pick up. These guys are very very professional.
