EDIT 10/11 Updating from a 1 star as the building replaced our rugs after I wrote this review and also has a new building manager that seems to care about her job and about the residents. The quality of the building has still deteriorated over the years and the rest of my review from before stands. TLDR: Whatever you do, DO NOT rent here. The management and maintenance of the building is so bad, it makes living in this building a nightmare if you have any issues. We apply on this Wilson yard senior apartment and the property manager Ms Ljiljana Vesic is the best property manager , she help us a lot , I will gave her ten star instead of of five
TLDR: Whatever you do, DO NOT rent here. The management and maintenance of the building is so bad, it makes living in this building a nightmare if you have any issues. My family and I have rented here since the building was built and at first, living here was worth it. The building manager Ms Pam was the best. After she left, the building literally deteriorated.
