Very unhappy with the customer service I ordered a lathe on March 28th and according to them the date for delivery keeps getting pushed back but they never tell me this no call no contact I call the corporate office number and their "district manager" tells me the lathes they do have in their warehouse are for an emergency. They keep blaming the manufacturer yet the manufacturer has told me they are rolling them out fast as possible and why cant I get a call for these excuses?
Due to their recent curbside pick policy, they lost a $1500. sale to Rocker of a new Jet 14" band saw. and yesterday, due to their "mask required" policy, they lost another $100.00 sale of Besey clamps to Rockler. I did not have a mask with me, so I drove over to Rockler and purchased what i needed. So long Woodcraft! I have a new place to supply all my woodworking needs.

RecommendedThe Woodcraft store is a dangerous place to visit - if you don’t want to part with your money! Kidding aside, the people who work here are the most helpful, kind, and knowledgeable group of folks you’ll come across. If someone doesn’t know the answer to a question, it’s a guarantee someone else there does! The store is well-stocked, and if they do not have an item, they will order it and call you when it comes in. Highly recommended!

RecommendedWoodcraft in Greenville is a great store to do business with. The owner Todd, the manager John and the entire staff will go out of their way to help you get the best product for the task you are attempting (even if they have to recommend another store). This is my go to store for all things Festool, Kregg, Woodpecker and many other great tools. Probably the best service you will find in ANY woodworking store. Thanks guys and girl for the friendship and service you have provided over the years.
