Very professional people, always greets you with a smile and handshake. I've ordered furniture many times from the owners of this store and sometimes it gets delayed because they have so much work but they always let me know. Wilson woodcraft makes excellent hand made furniture and I will always buy furniture from them before a big box store.
Came in store ordered merchandise...told 2 weeks it took 4. Told me delivery date of Friday instead came Saturday and hours late (4 to be exact). Merchandise broken and cracked. Not what I ordered then refuse to refund me. Didn't even bring everything that I did order. Instead told me to come by store and get something. If I wanted anything in store I would have asked for it when placing my order. Unprofessional and a waste of time.
Love them!!! One bedroom set is almost 20 yrs old. Just picked up my dresser and mirror...Love it!!!
