I bought my glasses at the Ponte Vedra location years ago and was really surprised when Jacki repaired them for no cost. THEY ARE THE BEST!
I've been coming to Wilson Optical for over a decade and they always make the exams and everything else easy and quick. Jacky at the San Marco location is the best, I appreciate her always being available to help get things done ASAP. Highly recommend!
Wonderful customer service! I needed help with some glasses for my 7 year old son that I ordered from an online company. The company and his ophthalmologist told me to find an optical shop and this was close to home. She helped me troubleshoot what might be wrong and was very kind with glasses that were not even from her store. (Wish they carried frames for kids!)
Absolutely amazing service! Mind you, you won't get your new glasses in an hour. Or even the same day. You know where to go for that. But, for a traditional optical shop, you can't beat Jackie's service. My wife has a complicated prescription. Jackie has always made sure it was right. I'm hard on glasses. I take them off, drop them, sit on them. They get loose or bent, I stop by and Jackie tightens them or straightens them or whatever. No charge. If you want quality glasses and great service, this is the place.
After being told by other optometrists my glasses could not be tightened. Wilson's sorted me out in less than 5 minutes. Wonderful assistant, caring and knowledgeable. Definitely your one stop glasses shop
