Negligence, disregard and incompetence. The properties managed by this company are in utter state of disrepair, and the managing staff is complacent. After countless attempts to reach out to any person responsible for anything, it feels like their phones are disconnected, they lost their email accounts, and that their maintenance funds are nonexistent. Edit 8/19/24: Following my review, the regional manager did reach out to me. She explained some of the reasoning that has gone into their decisions and has assured me that they are working on plans to address some of the major issues. -- While it isn't the absolute worst property management company in Ann Arbor, that's hardly saying much. The executives are out of touch and don't seem to care about their residents. If you rent from them, read every letter of your lease carefully. Expect rent raises. While it isn't the absolute worst property management company in Ann Arbor, that's hardly saying much. The executives are out of touch and don't care about their residents. If you rent from them, read every letter of your lease carefully because they won't give you a single thing more. They'll raise rent every year, even as they remove amenities. Impossible to get in touch with them. They don't answer the office phone, and they don't respond to voicemails or emails. I even went to the office in person and no one was there. I was interested in an apartment that had seemingly been vacant for months, so I would think they would be eager to rent it out, but I guess not.
