Good people , very helpful and professional in there departments!
Everyone was so kind and friendly and greeted me with smiles. The customer service was excellent especially for a new patient like me. I will recommend them to people looking for an eye doctor.
I will start by saying that everyone who works here is very kind. The staff seem knowledgeable, but that is where the positives end. I constantly feel like I am being upsold when I visit whether it is for a procedure for dry eye that I don’t have and don’t need or multiple pairs of glasses that I also don’t need. I was pushed into daily contacts that I was hesitant about, like another reviewer, after having no problems for ~30 years.
