The billing policy for their vision therapy is ridiculous. They charge you full price even if you cancel days in advance. They expect you to reschedule to use the "credit." Don't have time to reschedule doesn't matter you just paid them full price for nothing. If you have the ability to go else where then go else where. Moving my kids to a Firestone office. I would rather make the drive then deal with this office
