Everyone at North park vision center was just wonderful and made feel very welcomed and comfortable very professional!
My glasses were not right. My old glasses work better than the new ones. Same frame. I thought maybe they could swap the lenses and problem solved. They are open late 3 nights a week but told me when I called that I would have to miss work and come earlier in the day. I am going to give up on these people and go to a different optometrist.
Horrible place to go get a second opinion for a baby!!! Their website says FREE EXAM FOR CHILDREN 12MONTHS AND UNDER, made the appointment before his first birthday but was seen 3 days after his birthday and still got charged. I was thrown off but I really needed that second opinion so had to make a sacrifice for my baby's health and I had already missed work because of this appointment.
