Bed bugs and major water leaks. I applied and weeks later had heard anything until I finally got in touch with someone. The security guards & their mates were right Ning the office. (They had no experience) So finally got a move-in date. I can switch half my stuff on that move-in date only to be told the apt wasn't ready. This happened again twice. Disappointed They do not reimburse deposits. I was made to move in because at my move in date, after constantly asking would my apartment be ready in time and constantly told it would, my apartment wasn't ready so they made me move in a dirty apartment someone had just moved out of. When I asked for my money back I was told I could get 1/3 of it if I moved out by 4pm and it's 12pm now. I asked for corporate number and property manager told me it got no higher than her.
