Went into your Odenton location for a tire repair and within 10 minutes the associate tells me that my tire cannot be repaired because the hole was in the side of the tire.... there was no hole on the side when I brought it in. My tired was blatantly stabbed by the associate to force me to buy a a new one. Then he goes on to say that they only have the most expensive tire on hand and if I want a cheaper one I’d have to wait until first thing in the morning... which made even less sense. Laurel location was very good. They were quite clear about what was going to happen. They would try to repair my tire for est. $35 or if it could not be repaired I would have to buy a new tire. The staff was very helpful and did not push any upsales or anything, they were able to anticipate my questions and answered several of them before I even asked! Keep up the good work!
I used the company's website to make an appointment for an oil change at the Bowie location on Saturday, February 4 at 8 am. I arrived at the scheduled time and was told it would be a two-hour wait because they don't do appointments on Saturdays. While I managed to get an oil change an hour later at a different franchise, this was a waste of my time. I posted today the problem which occurred at the Gambrills location. After exhausting phone calls...GoodYear corporate in Akron Ohio did in fact make good on my tire and it's warranty. So no issues there, still awaiting Wilson Tire & Auto Service response. However at that location do not expect customer satisfaction.
