Michael J was a really nice dude. Seemed to know what he was going. He did a BIOS update to my PC. He thought that would fix it, but it actually corrupted by Windows 11, so there went $175 just for that. So I brought it back in, my fault for thinking they could fix my Windows 11 issue seeing that I’ve never had an issue with it until they touched my PC. Brought it back in a second time and they said they fixed it but they didn’t so now my 2,000 PC is still broken. I called them back and they said I’ll have to RMA the motherb... read more
