Not trust worthy service!! They couldn’t able to do basic diagnosis, pretty sure they didn’t even opened the back panel. Charged heavy amount and sending me false invoices after payment is complete. Not sure how these kind of businesses are even surviving.

Michael J was a really nice dude. Seemed to know what he was going. He did a BIOS update to my PC. He thought that would fix it, but it actually corrupted by Windows 11, so there went $175 just for that. So I brought it back in, my fault for thinking they could fix my Windows 11 issue seeing that I’ve never had an issue with it until they touched my PC.
