Wonderful service. Very helpful staff. They always remind you of when you need to service your septic tank
When I called Wilson to see if they could possibly come to help us out they were there the next morning no problem. They were very nice people and they took care of us completely. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!!!! Thank you for all of your kindness!!!!!
excellent service, communication & efficiency
I found customer service very helpful. When they called to ask if they could come on a Monday instead of the scheduled Tuesday, it created a problem for me. They worked with me to resolve the problem and also told me the cost so I could leave a check in a designated spot for the driver. I highly recommend their service.

Outstanding customer service I called another septic company during business hours and got an ANSWERING MACHINE, which promised to call back same day. That didn't happen. Then I DROVE there to find the place locked shut and all the lights off. As I was leaving a truck came in and I talked to the driver who said they're busy and they MIGHT be able to pump my tank IN A MONTH. I went home and called Wilson Services.
