Ive been going here since I was a child and for the most part I tolerated the waiting times and strange booking systems where the online wasnt working and etcetera. Today seemed like the nail in the coffin, I needed to book in an appointment and was told I would have a telehealth appointment for thursday. When asked what time, they said Dr Mia will contact you and that was the end of the conversation on Tuesday. There’s a reason I stopped going here. Consistently waiting over an hour after the set appointment time every single visit, with the staff refusing to call you before you’re due to go in, meaning you’re stuck there wasting the whole day just to see someone. Poor time management and doctors sometimes not evening arriving until after the appointment time.

If I can give no star rating I would!! There is never a time I come in and any receptionist help!!! I’m a receptionist myself and I know how things work very clearly. I know for a fact that these receptionist do not know what they are doing. I came in with my sick baby for a swab… referral is from a different clinic… because the referral was from a different clinic it took them long to give me an answer that they can’t do the swab.
