Wilson Rhodes (interestingly) sent a message to write a review based on my scheduled service today. They never showed up to do the service.
HVAC unit went out at my in-laws and the daily temps were in the 100s. Called Wilson Rhodes and they had a technician out in 1 hour. Unit had to be replaced. At the end of the day, a new unit was installed and operational. Thanks for your quick actions and all your efforts. The experience was great. Job well done.
