Overcharged (which was rectified upon written request). Maintenance check up appointment on fully functioning (older) unit resulted in a nonfunctioning unit. Told unit needed to be replaced, repair not an option. Upon request, owner/operator and original technician returned and reexamined the unit and reiterated that it needed to be replaced. Wilson Rhodes (interestingly) sent a message to write a review based on my scheduled service today. They never showed up to do the service.
