I moved into one of their duplexes I was in disbelief that the unit had not even been cleaned let alone repaired after the previous tenants. I moved in in November 2023 by December I was already getting several 3 day notices with different alleged rent owed. The unit has an insurmountable mold problem that continually gets covered with paint as there are several shades of paint one after another.
