I have lymphedema I have severe migraines. I have a concussion and right now. I have cellulitis in an open wound on my leg for two months. I went there a month ago to ask for a referral so I can get into lymphatic clinic. It has been over a month and I have yet to hear back from anyone. Would give it 0 stars if I could! The 2 front desk female receptionists that work there are exceedingly rude and interrupt you while trying to explain anything to them, they always just claim to, "put in a patient request" for you and never get back to you, and they are CONSTANTLY losing documentation and give you the runaround to call other departments resulting in an endless loop that would drive any patient person insane. Been 6 months now trying to receive proper treatment approval and I'm so done with this primary care.... read more
Showed up for 4:30 appointment at 4:21, only to be told that there was no appointment (I received multiple emails confirming date and time). Reception stated they tried to call the day before, but my number wasn't "working". Yeah, not tbe case. Also, stated not accepting new clients, yet online there isn't anything stating that. One star is really too high of a rating.
