Bought A New Toro Mower From Them.I will Never Go Back To Them To Spend One Dime with Them.Owner Told Me To Bring It In I Did Counter Person Told Me I had to wait fifteen Mins. To Talk to him Cause he was putting something Together.Poor Service even told him I would Pay Him To Have Man To look At It.They Are Not What A Service Dept is about And .Carried My self Right Back Home.Plenty Other Folks out there Would Love To Work Or Take A Look At Your Mower Date 6-13-18
terrible customer service ! called to have mower repairs done , waited for a week for a pickup NO RETURN CALL. they still have not made plans to pick it up ...moving on to the next guys
Just starting small lawn maint bussiness went in looking a edger the guy suggested a mid grade echo since I use it regular but not all the time the young guy thinking probrably owner son was knowledgeable bout the product first class service thanks
Purchased a couple of Stihl products today. FIrst of all, the guy was very professional at showing the products, how they work and overall information about them. Secondly, the cost of these products ( in my opinion Stihl I's the best on the market) are very reasonable. If you are in the market for any outdoor equipment then go see the knowledgeable staff at Wilson Power Mower.
Spent over $250 here, took them almost 3 weeks to fix my mower. Finally got it home and it instantly started having problems. Now, it does not start again, and they take no responsibility. They suggested I bring it back to them because they may have "missed" something. Yep you sure did, 2 weeks behind so you rushed to get mine working half-assed and charged me an arm and a leg for a shitty job. Never Again! Getting mine fixed by a professional this time at Southeastern Diesel!!!
They have professional mechanics and the fees are reasonable.
