I bought two cars from Darcars Ford Kia of Lanham. I have heard of horror stories before from this dealership. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and always did my part to work with them. I paid off my cars. I only allowed them to service my cars. After my last accident I trusted them to repair my car. My car is still sitting there unrepaired since April of 2023. I backed my car out of the garage while the tailgate was up and crunched it (yes...I'm embarrassed). Throughout the experience with the repair, Ramiro Gonzales, Bodyshop Customer Advisor, was outstanding; he was professional, detailed, factual, and very honest. Mr. Gonzales is a very customer-focused employee who is a true benefit to DARCARS. This is indicative of a good business culture that exists at DARCARS. I'm very impressed with my DARCARS experience.
