Avoid this park ride if you can. The gate is faulty and you might get stuck there. There is also noone supervising this parking that could open up the gate when you need.
Avoid this Wilsons car park at all costs! The place is a complete disgrace. I was charged twice, because the so called 'assistants' were clueless. They thought a payment marked as pending was the same as unsuccessful, and refused to open the gate. Other than exasperating passive-aggressive apologies and refusals to put up the gate, when we asked to speak to a more senior person, we were put on hold and the same person, now pretending he was a manager, came on the line a second time. 35 minutes later, with a toddler in the ba... read more
Enter at your own risk. Full of potholes, damaging to the car. The gate often does not work. Today we were trapped for half an hour with a line of cars behind us. The company held us hostage, insisting we pay twice - once at the machine, then over the phone. The "help" centre only had shallow and insincere responses, until they coerced a second payment from us, demanding a creditcard number which everyone is weary to provide over tye phone - "I'm sorry for the inconvenience".
