One of the best places to park when quickly in and out of Kogarah. Not the cheapest. But somedays you get lucky and it's free. Nice and centre to a lot of medical specialists and located close to the police station. So that gives a false sense of security!
I had to use this car park 2 weeks ago as well as today for the hospital and had no problems with the boom gate or payment like people have listed - maybe I'm one of the lucky ones? 🤷♀️ I just used my debit card to tap in and out. I almost avoided it due to bad reviews but gave it another chance today and it worked fine. It was easy to get in, pay, find a spot and get out both times. Avoid this park ride if you can. The gate is faulty and you might get stuck there. There is also noone supervising this parking that could open up the gate when you need.
Avoid this Wilsons car park at all costs! The place is a complete disgrace. I was charged twice, because the so called 'assistants' were clueless. They thought a payment marked as pending was the same as unsuccessful, and refused to open the gate. Other than exasperating passive-aggressive apologies and refusals to put up the gate, when we asked to speak to a more senior person, we were put on hold and the same person, now pretending he was a manager, came on the line a second time. 35 minutes later, with a toddler in the ba... read more
