Shit parking. Waited in a queue for 15 min.
Absolutely terrible car park. The spaces are extremely tight and the whole layout is narrow all the way up, making it difficult to turn into their tight corners especially in a larger car. Poor design and not user-friendly at all. They have chunky concrete corners that are EXTREMELY unnecessary! Avoid if you can! NEVER EVER going back!
Money grubbing carpark. This carpark used to have 2 hour free parking, which incentivised me to come to st leonards square more often for coffees, groceries etc. Recently they have implemented a validation system where from 0-2hrs of parking require validation from the businesses above the carpark. This is fine, however the business required a minimum spend of $25, which means i cant just get a coffee and leave, but I have to eat a whole meal. This is very greedy by Wilson's, I will not be returning.
This use to be a great convenient little Carpark with 2hrs FREE parking. Until the moneygrabbing Wilson's decided to exclude every single customer from the largest business operating in the St Leonards Square ie Virgin Active from their 2hrs FREE parking. But has continued to offered the FREE 2hr parking to every other business in the Centre. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour Wilson's.
This parking lot used to be great until this weird ticket validation thing - seems like there only two stores that accept the ticket validation (min spend of $25 at QE or a coffee at Rusty Rabbit?). And these automated responses from Wilson are just so dumb and effortless. It would actually look better if you don’t reply at all to the reviews rather than telling people to take it to CS on your website 🙄
