BEWARE basement parking is only if you enter between 6am and 9am, and if you leave between 3 and 7pm. If you come in at 6am and leave at 12pm YOU WILL BE CHARGED MORE FOR USING THE PARK FOR LESS TIME. parks are tight, height says 2m but some areas look like a very small 2m. Security often angry for no reason. Asked very nicely to get my parking validated and got a very harsh and angry response. 0/10 would find literally any other car park. Worst one I've been to yet
Complete scam in relation to all day parking. Followed all instructions. Charged $40 for what should have been $17. Very rude attendant. Had a stack of papers behind his window with a refund email on it. This clearly happens on the regular. What’s the bet the refund never comes. Beware.
too expensive, charged $25 for parking less than 3 hours yesterday (sat night), tho staff were very friendly. I know parking in Potts Point is always a problem and I realised it would be expensive, but still.....too much! Just parking!
