Awful customer service. Had prepaid for the parking and boom gate was closed Called the intercom and explained the situation, however as the intercom was quite muffled we could hear, and guess what had a rude lady over the intercom just said: “ I told you to wait !” in a very condescending tone” I understand miscommunication happen nor did I complain in the first place , but just having someone shouting at you is just utter disgrace and to say the least stupidity.
