DO NOT PARK HERE SHADY AND DISHONEST BUSINESS - the parking machine is RIGGED! Upon entry, our time was noted correctly on the ticket, but when we paid at the parking machine, we realised the time was pushed forward by an hour. WE PAID FOR AN EXTRA HOUR. We talked to a staff member at the intercom and all we got was “you can lodge a refund request through our website.” We saw several people using the parking machine as well, and they left without noticing the time error. Charged me $12 a day to park my car for months, then decided to up the price to $25 a day . How can you raise the price $13. Rip off
DO NOT PARK HERE AT NIGHT OR WHEN YOU CANNOT SEE THE GROUND!! We parked, got out and found a plank of wood with nails sticking out of it had been maliciously placed across the parking space and punctured our front tyres! Very angry and not what you would expect for a private paid carpark!
