Don’t park here after 7pm
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I came back at around 7:00 p.m. only to find the entrance to the parking lot locked behind a gate that required an access code. At no point was this made clear when we parked. There was no warning, no clear signage, and no information online either about the gate closing or needing a code to get back in. Plenty of spaces on weekends for only 5 dollars. Much cheaper if you have to spend longer than 3 hours and don’t want to be trapped in Strathfield plaza or Westfield during peak hours
Sucks if there is a ticket blockage as they just lock you in and manually open the boom for each car. Just took me over 20 minutes to exit the carpark and I therefore missed an important medical appointment. Not happy. Just raise the boom when there's an issue like that! Even Westfield can manage that.
