Plenty of spaces on weekends for only 5 dollars. Much cheaper if you have to spend longer than 3 hours and don’t want to be trapped in Strathfield plaza or Westfield during peak hours
Sucks if there is a ticket blockage as they just lock you in and manually open the boom for each car. Just took me over 20 minutes to exit the carpark and I therefore missed an important medical appointment. Not happy. Just raise the boom when there's an issue like that! Even Westfield can manage that.
Very bad customer services. I cancelled my monthly subscription and got charged again. I tried to call them many many times and left voice massages. I emailed them and I put enquiries on the website one week ago. No response at all.
