I had a terrible experience at this carpark. After finishing my dinner, I found that my car was locked inside. There were no signs indicating that the carpark would close at 7pm when I entered, and the pay machine allowed me to pay until 7:45pm. I tried contacting Wilson staff, but they said they couldn’t help. To make matters worse, I have diabetes, and my medication was in the car, which I couldn’t access. I got there at around 7pm and planned to exit before 9pm because Google Maps reflected the parking closes at 9pm. However, when I tried to get to the car park, all the access was shut down. I called the support line and I met one crazy woman who didn’t quite understand what the issue I was facing despite explaining to her clearly. She kept saying, “The car park closes at 5.30pm, so how did you park there?” I met a resident there and she said it’s a private parking. Car park closes at 7pm, not 9pm and I had to argue with phone support to get the gate opened so I could get to my car, even though I was there before the advertised time on Google.
