Great out of peak hours
Car park is good, but customer support person on the otherside was just horrible. Worst experience ever. He was rude, had all these excuses and refuse to apologise unless if I do so while I was kindly asking for his help. I don't know who is it. But clearly he is not suitable for what he is doing unfortunately. Would give 0 if I could.
I hate this car park always give me rubbish ticket and today when I try go through the car park the stop stick hit my car hardly broke my windscreen wiper when i press the calling button i get respond over 3 mins, and no one talked with me, it’s lucky it doesn’t hit my glasses but you guys should reset the Machine
