Confident in the care we receive! I have been coming to Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine since my daughter was born in 2000. I have had a great experience with every doctor we have seen and feel like my children get excellent care. We love our regular doctor, Dr. Morgan!
Disappointed with Front Office Staff I am always satisfied with the care given by providers and clincial staff. On 8/29/09 a toddler threw up in the waiting room from coughing. Another parent and I told the front office people (5) that floor clean-up is needed, and they said somebody is coming. However none of the 5 front ofc staff came out to provide the mother any towels or paper towel to clean up the child/mother while waiting... that's like 5 mins. Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine-Woodstock, GA I have been going there for six years and have had consistently good service from all of the staff at the Woodstock location. I've been able to book appointments within the hour when I've had a sick child. They always ask if I have questions and the waits have never been long in both the waiting room and the exam rooms. I highly recommend them and have recommended them to a couple of friends.
The Best Pediatricians Office in Cobb County I searched and searched for a good pediatric office for my first child. Friends kept referring PAMPA, but I stubbornly thought it was too far away. Two children and three less than satisfactory pediatric offices later, I decided to give PAMPA a shot. I am glad I did. This office provides exceptional care for all three of my children. Not what they used to be PAMPA is not what it used to be. As a young teenager my mother began taking my siblings and I to these drs. I continued to see them when my son was born. The practice has clearly gone downhill. Unfortunately, my son had very bad ears and after what I consider to be malpractice, I questioned their tactics. They didn't like it and asked me to find a new doctor. NO PORBLEM!!!
