Hands down the best customer service I have ever received. They knew exactly what my truck needed and had it fixed when they said they would. The prices are by far the best any where around Fayetteville and surrounding areas and they don't do half a$$ work just to get you the best rate. I will definitely be taking my truck back to Wilson's for all future work/upgrades. If you are taking your 4x4 any place else your wrong.
These guys are awesome! They always go above and beyond what you expect from an off-road shop. The atmosphere is so welcoming and family friendly my wife usually orders parts for my 4runner while the kids run around the shop and they arrange some sort of prank to let me know I have new goodies. Got my work done quick even though I had to bring my truck in a day late. Wouldn't let me get it back until they were 100% sure it was done correctly and were comfortable with their work. Great group of guys. Very professional and knowledgeable in their work. Best place to go in Fayetteville and surrounding areas
Went in the shop looking for some repair parts for a incomplete locker I was a bout to buy and walked out with a brand complete new locker for the same price as the used incomplete one. There were extremely helpful with all my questions and told me all the things that I should know with installing this locker. 11/10 will be going to Wilson's with any problem I have with my jeep
If I could give a 0 in the star catagory I would. My boyfriend had an appointment for last Thursday to get his jeep worked on. They told him that there was one vehicle that had to be done them his would be next. Monday came around and I called and was told that it would done by Monday night or tuesday. I called again today and was told the it was in line now. If you do not plan on spending thousands of dollars here you will get pushed to the back of the line. I was on the schedule to be done on Thursday dropped my jeep off that morning was told they had a little work to finish on a roll cage then they would start on my jeep. I told them I needed it back by Monday. Tuesday came around and they hadn't started on it yet
