I had the best ER experience today. The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My mother was seen immediately and the tests and scans were completed quickly. Dr. Nguyen was so thorough and took his time explaining everything to my mother. Sherman Medical Center will be my go to hospital from now on.
Husband was treated at ER on 8/3/25 after months of sickness, and misery. He was misdiagnosed by another ER (TMC) in mid-June, The Sherman Med. Center ER was fast to evaluate him and get a diagnosis of an acute kidney infection. He was admitted and spent 3 days on the 2nd floor. The nurses and hospitalists were superb in their care. Especially Tabathia and MaKayla, these two ladies made his stay very enjoyable. We FINALLY feel like we have a path to better health. Thank you all. They may not have brand new fancy modern facility but the hearts are in the right place... They really do care....
I came to the er at Sherman medical Sunday and I was treated by Dr Eric Nguyen who assessed me and treated me. He was so kind, and had amazing bedside manor. One of the most caring Dr.'s that i have ever been seen by. I highly recommend him as well as Sherman medical.
I went to LabCorp for a lipid test and these ladies are the best stick in the area!
