I came in through the ER and was admitted to ICU where I got great care that continued after I was moved to the floor. I would use them again, I thought all I need was some fluids but the wait at other hospitals in the area was long. Perfect choice to go to this hospital.
The building is getting a little old. The elevator was down for a month.
This is by far the worst hospital i have visited. The staff - bad The doctors - bad The nurses (a few good ones) All bad You get treated like crap and it's obvious there's no director or person in charge on site. Do Not go here. THE WORST EMERGENCY ROOM I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Everyone that works here is rude af Even the doctor acted and talked unprofessional. I drove to Mckinney instead
The physician I saw was amazingly ineffective. The nurse I had was not a good advocate for me at all. The first nurse I had was ok but the new one took over and acted like he was confused or under the influence or something because everything i said to him he didn't seem to understand. He tried to force me to sign an AMA and I refused to do so.
Went in with sever pain. Waited 8 hours before a doctor saw me. The staff is absolute horrible. They don’t check back in with you, they don’t look at you. Don’t waste your time here!!!
