These yo-yo's reached out for me to contact them to "try to turn my negative experience into a positive one" the only thing they could come up with is for me to schedule another appointment & what?....... take another day off work & hope I catch the right technician there this time? If this is specializing in service, I would rethink my definition of "specializing". I scheduled an oil change, & to look at a fuse issue. Oh they scheduled the oil change, but waited till I showed up to tell me it would be at least a week to look at my fuses. Seriously? Would have scheduled it all for a time I could've got it all done. Total disregard for the value of my time. Then offered to top off my DEF which was at ½. "Sure, why not?" Topped it off to ¾ for $24! The service department is amazing! I was traveling through town and had an issue with my Fusion's fuel tank. We stopped in to see if they could help and the service manager was very friendly and quickly got a mechanic to take a look. Within minutes he had it fixed and we were back on the road. Thank you so much for saving the day and being so kind to us while doing it!!
