Bought a car. It used a quart of oil on the way home. Have extended warranty but that doesn’t seem right. It was bad when I bought it. They should help. Salesman was great. Bosses are cold blooded. Take the money and run. I’ll just keep buying oil.

These yo-yo's reached out for me to contact them to "try to turn my negative experience into a positive one" the only thing they could come up with is for me to schedule another appointment & what?....... take another day off work & hope I catch the right technician there this time? If this is specializing in service, I would rethink my definition of "specializing". I scheduled an oil change, & to look at a fuse issue. Oh they scheduled the oil change, but waited till I showed up to tell me it would be at least a week to look at my fuses. Seriously? Would have scheduled it all for a time I could've got it all done. Total disregard for the value of my time. Then offered to top off my DEF which was at ½. "Sure, why not?" Topped it off to ¾ for $24!
