I have purchased 2 cars in the last 2 years from Wilson Motors. Andy has been super helpful and great to work with. Linette is the best and I always stop in to see her when I am in Logan. Buying from Andy while living in Chicago has always been easy, there has always been clear communication, and he does everything to get me the best deal. As long as I am buying vehicles, it will always be from Wilson Motors no matter where I am living in the United States.
As this was a first time Brand New off the showroom floor purchase. It was decided we would take our Wilson Ford Nissan to the dealership when needed to its Service Department. Even had the next set of tires done by them. Here is why I gave it 3 STARS, a patch was needed on one of the tires. Not only did they fix the tire but as I was waiting they brought to me my dirty air filter, engine filter and my battery tested low, about 310 out of 500, which would of been around $500.00. My husband and I had been in the market for a vehicle for 6 months. We actively were searching for the last 2 months. After multiple horrible experiences with a different dealership, we put all of our trust in Wilson’s. Alex and Jeff were able to get us the EXACT car we wanted and for a better price than the competition. I have nothing but amazing things to say about them! If you’re ever in the market - you MUST give Wilson’s a chance!! You will NOT regret it!
We had a transmission flush done less than a month ago. While driving our truck down the canyon, it began leaking/spraying transmission fluid and quickly became unsafe to drive. We were stranded and had to have the truck towed in the middle of the night. After the truck was taken to a different mechanic, they documented in their notes that the cause was an improperly tightened transmission plug and an overfilled transmission.
