I have to say, I love my doctor, and the physical therapists are fantastic, however the receptionist is quite rude and never smiles. Honestly I'd not for the physical therapists being as amazing as they are, I'd give less stars. A little human decency can go a long way. Yes I admit I was late and that was my fault, but I did show up and not only was I turned away with no other option, I was also marked as a no show. Never taking my kids to Wilson hospital or outpatient services they call CPS for the most stupid things and end up wrong because my case was closed I wouldn't waste your time and if you have to go lie because they only accept their view of the world not reality and their view is very bleak
I hate to say it but these are the rudest people and yes we've had to cancel a few appointments but they will get all snotty with you even if it's their fault that something was canceled and then come to find out they're just not professional

God awful place to even go too cause they schedule u an appointment and then u go and next thing u know the doctor isn’t there. Waste of time and they don’t even call to let u know and ask to reschedule.
