Had to get my daughter's bilirubin levels tested she's a newborn 3 days old. They pricked her ankle and had to fill up a vial of blood and they squeezed her ankle while she screamed for 35 minutes that it took to collect the sample. Absolutely terrible experience no compassion. I will never use lab services at Wilson again. Oh and they wanted to lay her down on a dirty table instead I held her. I come here for bloodwork and these ladies are on it! They are so nice and make sure you get things taken care of. I've had issues with my papers not being faxed over and they don't rush me when trying to fix the issue and offer to help or call my dr office to get it right. The ladies drawing blood are quick and great at their jobs (minimal bruising, if any!) and they are also very kind. I come here often for bloodwork and will continue to do so. I have to say, I love my doctor, and the physical therapists are fantastic, however the receptionist is quite rude and never smiles. Honestly I'd not for the physical therapists being as amazing as they are, I'd give less stars. A little human decency can go a long way. Yes I admit I was late and that was my fault, but I did show up and not only was I turned away with no other option, I was also marked as a no show. Never taking my kids to Wilson hospital or outpatient services they call CPS for the most stupid things and end up wrong because my case was closed I wouldn't waste your time and if you have to go lie because they only accept their view of the world not reality and their view is very bleak
I hate to say it but these are the rudest people and yes we've had to cancel a few appointments but they will get all snotty with you even if it's their fault that something was canceled and then come to find out they're just not professional
