I was impressed with the level of care I received from the minute I stepped into the ER until the day I was released from the hospital. I ended up needing a stent put into my heart, but the doctors ordered every test imaginable to make sure they didn't miss anything when considering which treatment was best for me and what procedures needed to be done. The staff was so wonderful, meeting my needs and coming into my room daily offering explanations to my condition and follow up care which I anxiously anticipated. I am proud o... read more
Jimyse and the other nurses that wss taking care of my father was great. They were very attentive and very kind to him. I appreciate them all.
This is an okay hospital in my opinion better than Guthrie but it has one major flaw that I discovered yesterday and for the life of me can't even wrap my head around it. Yesterday my daughter broke her arm in four different spots near her elbow they couldn't even treat her here so we had to be sent all the way to Syracuse why cause there are no pediatric specialists in the area .... Why the hell not? We had all this money to do a complete new build but we can't get a single specialist for children no offense but that's stup... read more
Great caring staff and medical treatment
I was NOT happy! I was ignored,was in pain for AT LEAST 2-3 hours, maybe more before I got ANYTHING! Literally NO ONE checked on me but everyone else were being taken care of! I also left EXTREMELY upset! I ended up waking up this morning in MASSIVE amounts of pain and because the "doctor" didn't prescribe me ANYTHING ALLLL I could do was cry.... MORE!! Then she says "you'll just have to get through it"..... KNOWING I was in MASSIVE amounts of pain pretty much my WHOLE visit! I didn't get discharged til after midnight and I ... read more
