If possible use any Emergency Room other than Wilson’s. My daughter had been rushed from a smaller hospital by ambulance to Wilson. The diagnosis the smaller hospital believed was accurate. My daughter received the test to confirm almost immediately after arriving at Wilson. However, the treatment for this life threatening condition was not given to her for 9 hours!!! Worst experience ever. Don’t go here and don’t take anyone here that you care for. Here’s the story, the Wife and I went in for what was supposed to be a routine back surgery. In about an hour the surgeon came back and called me to a private room and this is when everything changed. We went from a back surgery to the possibility of a “C” diagnosis, my whole world was shattered. With this new change we were to spend the night so that they could be sure everything was awake.
