I’m disappointed with the recent transition from Ritchie Regional to Wilson Martino Dental. Unfortunately, the change in ownership resulted in some insurance providers being dropped, including what i have which is UnitedHealthcare, which means I can no longer receive care here, unless i pay out of pocket for everything. What was most frustrating was the lack of transparency; I arrived for a scheduled filling only to be told at the front desk that I owed over $200 out-of-pocket. Julie did such amazing job helping Dr. Holly at my appointment. I have a fear of swallowing the numbing, and Julie made sure that didn’t happen! I appreciate her kindness, and willingness to make me comfortable!!
They are the very best. Dr.Holly is very caring, compassionate and the best dentist that I have had in my life. I recommend them to anyone.
