Needed an emergency replacement part. I don’t mind spending more if the level of service is “white glove.” Given some other reviews, I expected this from Wilson Marine. However, those employed at Wilson Marine’s Parts/Service department can best be described as apathetic. The staff did not greet us upon entry, and they seemed more occupied with whatever was going on with their electronic devices. This is my third time working with Blake at Wilson Marine. Most repairs have all been warranty work. He always takes very good care of me. Communication is great and the service dept usually gets us in and out quickly. I’ve used other Marine service in the past and what’s typically not happy. I haven’t had any issues with Wilson Marine. They’ve taken very good care of us.
Got the parts I needed. They have a very knowledgeable and friendly staff!
Waited 35 days for boat to get fixed. Picked up and took it out on the lake with my family. Then boat wouldn't start. 2k in repairs. Bad customer service.
Sorry I asked you to do your job, parts guy. Customers are the worst huh? Went to O'Reilly's and got the parts I needed in less than 3 minutes and the staff was friendlier. I've been trying to keep my money local and in small business, but I'm not going to be treated like I'm annoying someone for needing them to do their job.
