I would like to first give thanks to Eric Kinsman for all he has done for me. I got a criminal mischief charge and was facing a year in jail, this is because I have a past that didn’t look good on me. The prosecutor was determined to get me jail time which gave me high stress, it’s been a long 6 months. My lawyer Cody Galvan was fantastic he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He responded in a very timely manner and was funny. He was great but my case manager wasn’t that good. I had a new lawyer put on my case and her first name was Jackie and she was extremely helpful and very kind very pleasant experience working with her.
Disappointed is an understatement. I was underrepresented for 7 years, and my experience with this firm was extremely frustrating. Joseph Miyake completely dropped the ball on my case. Communication was consistently poor… which made me reach out to Attorney Wilson directly.
