I liked Dr Wallace, but I would never go back to this practice. I wasted half my afternoon waiting for an appointment scheduled at 12:15. I checked in at 11:50. I waited OVER an hour. I finally asked what the problem was. Had I not I'd still be waiting. The staff, although courteous when I checked in, had forgotten about me.
