I liked Dr Wallace, but I would never go back to this practice. I wasted half my afternoon waiting for an appointment scheduled at 12:15. I checked in at 11:50. I waited OVER an hour. I finally asked what the problem was. Had I not I'd still be waiting. The staff, although courteous when I checked in, had forgotten about me. He and his staff are very professional, waste no time in getting to the facts and probable cause of a problem, and recommending a solution that will work and is affordable. No waste of your time and no extra effort to separate you from your money.
