She flew in to see me, stayed about 2 minutes and left, not even explaining what was going on with my eye, told me to get this medication downstairs which cost over $100.00. I refused and got it at pharmacy for $5.00.
I liked Dr Wallace, but I would never go back to this practice. I wasted half my afternoon waiting for an appointment scheduled at 12:15. I checked in at 11:50. I waited OVER an hour. I finally asked what the problem was. Had I not I'd still be waiting. The staff, although courteous when I checked in, had forgotten about me. Dr. Todd performed cataract surgery on my left eye and I now have 20/20 Vision in that eye. I would definitely recommend Dr. Todd to anyone requiring cataract surgery. She was friendly and very professional. Unfortunately I didn’t have Dr. Todd for my right eye and only have 20/40 in that eye. Choice of doctor makes a big difference in vision results.
Had cataract surgery and everything went great. She is an excellent doctor and the surgery center was great. Dr Todd explained everything and allowed me time to choose if I wanted cataract surgery. She helped select the perfect lens for my life style. Very happy with Dr. Todd and the surgery center.
Horrible doctor! I recently experienced symptoms in my bad eye which caused me concern and felt the need to see an eye doctor as quickly as possible. ( I have a history of POHS which left me with peripheral vision only in one eye and was worried that it might be re-occurring) Dr. Todd came in the exam room and it went downhill from there. Horriable, rude, condescending. Would never go back. I am a Registered Nurse for 45 years, a senior , have seen many doctors, but never had one talk to me like this. I spent my visit listening to her yell at me because my husband did not agree to a refraction, I asked my husband why as we went home an he said no one explained why he needed it. Dr. Todd was recommended to me by a friend. She and her staff lived up to, and exceeded my every expectation. From my first visit to my follow-up post cataract surgery. She is an excellent surgeon who restored my vision to 20/25 vision without glasses! Thank you Dr. Todd.
