Scheduled an appointment for my minor sign. He had never been before. His dad had to take him to the appointment. When they got there and completed the paperwork, they were told that there is a $100 deposit on top of copay. This was never mentioned on the phone and the person couldn't explain what the deposit is for or when/if it would be returned. THIS WAS NEVER MENTIONED WHEN I SCHEDULED HIS APPOINTMENT. Dr Wilson is the most kind, friendly, caring dr I've ever been to. The staff is also wonderful. Highly recommend!!
