Wilson Homes makes things difficult when getting warranty work done. We have a home at Riverpark in Madera. The “new” streets look awful, patched up while never removing spray painted numbers and such. They put on the cheapest front yard that we are not allowed to change due to Wilson putting that in the contract. Many residents are frustrated with how Wilson Homes left the Citria area. Unfortunately, nothing will change.
