Super helpful and friendly. I had a pipe leak and my home insurance sent out Wilson Heating and Air, but my issue was something they were unable to fix(not a heating and air issue, thanks home insurance company) BUT the tech from Wilson went out of his way to scheduled me an appointment with the right people to fix my issue. Great customer service and very helpful.
