I don’t understand any negative reviews. Five years with my neurologist, he has always taken seriously the oath to “first do no harm,” and has always looked at the symptoms of my diagnosis with compassion and an honest review of risks as well as benefits from any treatments available. Dr. LuyTan has always welcomed communication between appointments if I had any questions or new developments. He is so knowledgeable and I go on record to say my health has benefited from his exceptional care.

This person is beyond any doubt the worst medical professional (to use the the term very loosely) I've ever had any interaction with. I cannot stress enough the lack of professionalism, the lack of basic respect or empathy he showed my wife today. He was dismissive and scornful of the pain she was experiencing, completely callous in regards to her suffering, and left my wife to scream in pain. He has no business practicing medicine.

Extremely rude. Kept telling me “I don’t know what to tell you.” and kept questioning me as if I was making everything up. Told me if my headaches were really that bad that I wouldn’t be able to function how I am. Then started to tell me maybe I have depression even though we didn’t talk about anything mental health related. Zero help and the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor.

My first and last appointment with this doctor. Waited in room for 40 minutes. He was RUDE to me within 30 seconds after entering the room. When he arrived he was ill prepared & insisted I needed to have a MRI & EEG. He argued with me when I told him that I had just had both done recently and wasn’t willing to have another since the past tests came out fine and I hadn’t had any changes since the tests.
