Terrible Experience. Previously known as Build with Wilson, this was a builder that argued with me through the entire process of building the home. A lot of the work was unacceptable and requires rework. As far as the home warranty, expect any issues to take anywhere from 1 month to 1 year to even be addressed. I really could write a novel on all of the issues that I had with Joel.
