Wilson offers a variety of classes and equipment to help reach your goals. The staff members are helpful, encouraging, and friendly! My only regret is that I didn't join sooner.

A work out can be had here. It needs some TLC. Exercise equipment is good, needs maintenance and cushion repair. Swimsuit "spinner" is perpetually out of order and only located in the shared hallway rather than one in each locker room. Locker rooms are clean--but bleach solution isn't properly diluted and may cause breathing issues.
