I had a friendly welcome from the lady who was on the phone. I waited and she attended to me as soon as she could. My appointment was on time and the optometrist was thorough. Choosing frames is always a pain but another person helped me identify what shapes would suit my face size and shape. That made deciding easier. My visit was a great experience.
Staff are very professional. Greeting was friendly and warm. Kate the optometrist is wonderful, she explained everything during my visit in a manner which made me feel reassured. I have no hesitation in recommending Wilson Family Optometrist.
